(ACI), are in full compliance with the regulations as set forth in the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information (Privacy Rule)45 CFR Parts 160 and 164 and will not disclose Protected Health Information to an entity other than to another Covered Entity or Business Associate, and only for the limited and express purpose of performing insurance services, including claims processing or administration, data analysis, utilization review, quality assurance, and repricing. Protected Health Information shall not be further used or disclosed other than as permitted or Required By Law. ACI maintains appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of such Protected Health Information.
